Bienvenidos - Welcome

Bienvenidos a tercer grado.

Welcome to third grade! I am looking forward to meeting all the students that will be learning in room 15 this year. I am Mrs. Villalobos and this will be my tenth year teaching at Las Palmas. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and my Masters in Science in Education at California State University, Fullerton. I was born in Mexico City, home of the aztecs! I came to the United States when I was 11 years old. It was challenging to learn a new language and to get used to living in a completely different place and culture.  That is why I love being part of our students' journey in learning two languages.  I know we will have tons of fun learning and discovering new things this year.
