Capistrano Unified Learning Links are interactive centers for parents and their children ages 0-5, located at Las Palmas Elementary School in San Clemente and at San Juan Elementary School in San Juan Capistrano. The Learning Link programs operate from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, save for the exceptions below. Call (949) 234-9245 for more information.
- Las Palmas - Tuesdays the center closes at 1:00 PM;

Learning Link provides an accessible and creative learning environment to help young children be more academically prepared for kindergarten and to help parents become their child’s first teacher. The program covers many needs of young children, family, and community.
The center activities consist of literacy, art projects, motor development activities (such as play-dough projects and a pathway to ride/push cars and carts), a library with English and Spanish books, a language station, a health station, and a section for infants. All activities align with early care and education, and with district education standards.
It provides various academic learning stations where children and their parents participate, as well as educational toys to stimulate young minds and encourage parent/child interaction.
