Welcome!

Welcome to 5th Grade!

I am looking forward to another great year at Las Palmas Elementary School and I hope you are too!  I will tell you a little bit about myself and I hope to also hear more about you in the coming months.

My home state is Texas but I have also lived in Connecticut and now, San Clemente is my home.  I went to college in Connecticut where I studied Political Science and Computer Science at Southern Connecticut State University.  Later, I studied at California State University (Fullerton) where I completed a teaching credential.  Finally, I completed a Masters in Education program at Brandman University in Irvine.  Presently, I continue to take advantage of as many training opportunities as possible through the CAPO School District so that I can continue to stay on top of the many ways to make  teaching and learning relevant, exciting and fun for my students. As you can see, learning has been a life-long commitment for me.  I hope that your experience this year will inspire you to follow your dream and to wake up every day excited and ready to learn something new!

Now let's get going....

Example: 1234567a.
